Nydus worms are extremely easy to take care of with Banshees. Too bad the mission to remove the flyers is so fucking boring in comparison to the tunnel mission. Just make a shit ton of turrets plus marine filled bunkers around the crystal and pray is all I can tell you

I finished the mission on brutal this weekend, I used Banshees for Nidus Worms, Siege Tanks and planetary fortress for defense and lots of Marines for Kerrigan. If you are going to take the air route I would suggest same but instead of Bashess, vikings and lots of turrets.
