I can't understand why anyone even likes to replay through a game with everything unlocked from the get-go. It's just an Easy mode with none of the progression that makes the game satisfying. The only time New Game + is anywhere near worthwhile is when the game provides new content or provides a new difficulty level.

If you want New Game +, just cheat with a trainer and give yourself infinite neuromods or something. Same damn thing.

Having everythings unlock or the ability to unlock everythings change the way to approach the game and allow you to mess with the gameplay.
