Because people still think it doesn't work despite the fact it has a higher amount of Playable games then Cemu, but they're not as "hot" as BOTW is right now. Persona 5 is the PS3 game of the moment and RPCS3 team already made it go from 0.5fps to ~5-10fps with better graphics (still a mess) but its not enjoyable as BOTW can be so people don't care. Cemu only started making the big bucks after BOTW came out and people cared about playing it. Until then, all their hardwork reversing the Wii U and making the emulator was ignored by a lot of people.
RPCS3 is still on Alpha 0.0.2 where as Cemu is 1.7.5, people want others to do the work until it gets on a more advanced state. Until then they'll bash it to look cool kids.
Cemu is closed-source and you get early builds 1 week before release, so they donate to get the builds. In RPCS3 you only get better support on an exclusive Discord channel, so people don't care enough to donate.

For a lot of people it's hard to spend a few minutes informing themselves before spouting shit on the comments, just read the whole thread and you'll have your answer and a lot of giggles.
