check the iv calculator on the fire emblem heroes wiki. Some units are borderline unusable (for arena at least) with bad ivs and some can become absolutely fucking broken with good ivs. Its also important for mergin dupes as you want to keep the unit with better ivs.

Both have decent Res stats, so you can go all offensive on them. Julia does well with a Axe/G Tomebreaker and Snack with Swordbreaker. If you can keep them off non-range attackers, put a Fury on them.

The only issue is her IVs are standard/meh (+HP -Def). Also, because of arena bonuses I've mostly been running her alongside just a standard hone atk/spd instead of hone/fortify fliers. She still obliterates anything blue, but would have an issue with some axes and most green mages would kill her, but I've basically resolved that second issue with Green Tomebreaker.

Then you're using them wrong. They're not as useful as most other units but if you have a massive damage dealer you oughta keep them going for the whole round. Mine also deals a guaranteed 10 damage with pain.

Due to the small map size and lack of strategic options, it's a game of oneshots. Everyone's built for hyper-offense. If you don't oneshot, you get oneshot. If you run a defensive unit, it'll get ganged up on.

How do you heal a unit that just got OHKO/ORKO'd? Because that's still the current meta. And any units that can survive a hit are meant to use something like Vantage or Desperation to take advantage of that. Which you deactivate if you heal them. By "current meta" did you mean "Training Tower"?
