I still buy games for the Vita, like Adventure of Mana (or whatever they called the Final Fantasy Adventure remake). That said, most of the time, the Vita is my way to take PS1 games on the go. Which is fine, I'm happy with that, as I missed the entire PS1 library growing up.

I never got this complaint. Dots-per-inch is always gonna be more important than raw resolution when it comes to image clarity and even with my 20/20 vision, anything at the 96 DPI computer standard or above looks perfectly fine. 3DS XL runs at exactly that and the smaller models are at ~135.
