Yes! My friend made a complete re-write of the game for use in arcade cabinets that includes the full original songlist and a bunch of new tracks from modern Bemani. It even has profile support which is pretty sick, I know at least a few arcades have it up and running.

I was bored in class and started to do some research and found an article from about a year or two ago stating that Outrun 3 is on SEGA's radar and is something they def wanna do, but not at the moment. Has anyone ever played this? I played it a few times. From what I remember the game itself was kinda shitty, but hot damn the mini-gun was tight as fuck. The barrel spun when you fired aswell.

It's the first time I played beatmania, Pop'N, Reflect Beat, Sound Voltex and Taiko on machines and not on simulators/home games.
