The objective endgame weapon in Tactics is the Gauss minigun. It's the last mission in the game so you're not going to be trying to save all that 2mm EC. The gatling laser is also another high tier contender.

FOT isn't that hard to mod so tweaking stuff for a custom run was one of my time wasters a long time ago. So many unique small guns are found at the point where heavy weapons are starting to take over and the only small guns worth using are sniper rifles.

in the US anything with a barrel under 16" is an SBR.

I think the designers intended it to be an M4 (14.5" bbl), but the proportions of the artwork make look shorter (10"-11.5" imo). Either way, I wouldn't put that stock on any AR with a barrel less than 18".
