The only other options that I know of are War Thunder and the dying Armored Warfare game. I've never played either so I can't say much but from what I've heard War Thunder is closer to a tank sim than WoT and AW is basically WoT with Cold War and later tanks.

Both have their own issues and shitty devs also.
