I know this sounds pretty autistic but hear me out for a second.

Kaiju destruction/fighting game where monsters have different size classes.
>Small monsters play like pick related, able to climb buildings and jump across roofs.
>Medium sized monsters fight like the ones in 3D Godzilla games, can pick up buildings.
>Large monsters aren't very mobile but can clear paths through cities easier.
>Different monster classes can interact with others differently like smaller monsters having to depend on clever usage of the environment to defeat larger foes.

A battlefield-style team FPS with an MMO scope (but not an MMO progression). Massive servers. New rounds start every 30 minutes, games can take up to 2 hours. Simple & arcadey shooting and physics. Emphasis on vehicles, moving parts, and destruction: Simple stylized graphics in a well-optimized engine + netcode aiming for maximum performance and readability. Intricate maps with lots of modes, and weekly special events.

Also will be unique since the player can switch between a "ranged" stance which is focused on shooting and a "melee" stance which is focused on close quarters melee combat which turns the weapon into a club or a spear of sorts depending on whether it has a bayonet. I

Weapons are also varied and have setbacks

Machine guns can suppress enemies and take them out at far and close range but cannot be fired while moving and can overheat.

SMGs can suppress but do little damage

Rifles are accurate but have a low rate of fire since it is bolt action.

Anti-Tank rifles can only be fired prone and will slow down movement speed when equipped.

Combat will be large scale and the player can switch to a sort of command mode to order nearby squads to attack or move to a position. However sometimes the player will be given this command instead

Yakuza but instead of a Yakuza setting it's a lot more like kamen rider/power ranger shit and your character can transform into a superhero in the middle of a fight, which changes your moveset and gives you access to a new tier of heat actions.
