The zero escape series is good (particularly 999 and VLR, play 999 on DS if you have the option). Psycho Pass was decent, Root Letter was decent, Danganronpa is fun, then there's the 4 relatively well regarded otome games if that floats your boat.

Check out Chaos;Head, which is sort of a prequel to S;G. Higurashi is also really good.

Both games aren't on Vita unless you know Japanese though.
