Better technically, but BotW has the more charming art style. Also, Xeno is grindy and not fun, unfortunately.

The Switch is a downgrade from the Wii U hardware wise.

Different art styles. BOTW style works better for a Zelda game, plus it's easier to make it work with WiiU/Switch's shitty hardware. I prefer more realistic art direction, but neither can be said to be better, one is more truthful to real life, the other is more vibrant, colorful and artistic.
