You have an m/m and f/f option in Fates, but it's not present in any other games.

There are also some arguably homoerotic character interactions in older games, though, like Raven/Lucius for example.

It's not very intrusive, if that's what you're wondering. You have to purposefully interact with one of the two characters and unlock the final support with them in order to initiate the same-sex romance. Otherwise, you would never know, and you can even pair those two characters with other characters of the opposite sex. So, if anything, they're bisexual.

I hope you don't mind the gay couple in P5.
