Just finnished it (100%)
Gameplay is fun as fuck. Powers are pretty cool and neither OP nor so weak you constantly have to hide. Characters were meh, nothing interesting, story a bit better but also not that great. Played it with bad karma, was pretty fun. Not very original because the other infamous games, saints row 4 and protoype did pretty much the same, but it felt fresh anyways. I rate it 7/10 would play again some day.

I find opinion about neon directly relates to how you feel about light speed. If you like the mechanic it's your favorite power. If you hate it neon is ass.

Angel wings are superior to light speed so neon is useless even for transportation once you get tv powers.

1 is really good with a fun, if nonsense story.
2 has better characters if a bit less cool story line but it's much less clunky and free flowing
Festival of Blood is just a meme DLC that's really barebones.
Second Son is mediocre in gameplay and trash in story/charactersexcept Reggie
First Light is Great. Better Characterization and more developed powers instead of flavors of melee, projectile, missle, movement.
