Any specific stylistics or genres? Since you posted Bully I would definitely recommend Saints Row 2. It has one of the best cities in vidya in my opinion and is just fun as hell in general. I've played through this game countless times and I still find something new and interesting in the city on every new playthrough, it's amazing.

I played it, it was good when it came out, the first playthrough, but now I couldn't make myself play it. Also, I prefer Far Cry 2 over any in the series.
