Aria

A slow paced open world game with a small open world that is very tightly designed (think Gravity Rush's Hekseville in terms of world design, although obviously the setting would be Neo Venezia from the show/manga).

You can walk, travel by gondola (self controlled) or by train (game controlled). No combat (obviously).

The core gameplay would be jobs for Aria Company, taking clients on gondola rides. Each NPC would have their own likes and mood and where you take them would ideally match their likes and mood, with your success for the mission being based on that.

Primarily mission based structure with most missions being taken from Aria Company but there also being missions from the other main characters. There would also be tons of smaller events with all the people Akari knows around town, with more being added as you complete the missions.

In an extremely basic tl;dr think of it this way - Euro Truck Simulator in Venice with Social Links.
