Persona 5 gets boring and repetitive pretty quickly. I don't think I'm even half way in and I'm already bored the fuck out of this game.
I usually avoid playing jrpg because of how overly lengthy they are. And it's not good length.
It's boring, repetitive. 4 fucking hours to beat a dungeon shouldn't be tolerable.

Nier Automata is diversified. It is long but not boringly long. It has the exact length it needs to have.

Honest to god, one of the most annoying things in Persona 5 is how much the characters love to go on long talks about stupid fucking shit.
There are times where 1, 2, 3 days passes in the game without you doing jack shit because you are forced to engage in scripted events where characters just fucking spew exposition and dumb fucking dialogue

Characters have enough subtle differences to make them feel different.
Also, doing the different routes give you different perspective and set pieces.

Persona 5 offers you the same old turn based combat that gets old too fucking quickly, where the normal enemies are easy to dispatch,only interesting part being the bosses, but to reach said bosses you have to go through a dungeon with +10 floors of the same fucking shit that takes hours to finish.

And everytime you beat a dungeon the game throws you into a fucking boring dating sim where you do nothing but press the fucking X button to skip the text till the next dungeon fucking appears.

traditional jrpgs are fucking garbage, the most overrated trash out there. Almost as bad as fucking shooters, but because jrpg are more of a niche, people just don't give a fuck if you are doing the same fucking shit (which isn't a lot) for 100 hours worth of pure gaming trash

It's starts as being naive, but once he finds the truth, his personality changes.

He goes nuclear, filled with internal conflicts fueled by the pain of loss.
