Try to power through dungeons in a day, this is more doable with the help of sp adhesive 3 which becomes available at Death confidant rank 5, and discounted to 50k yen at rank 7.

To max all social stats and confidants in one playthrough the Fortune and Temperance arcana are heavily recommended, one helps raise your affinity once a day with confidants without having to spend time for 5k yen while the other helps you recover your strength after a day of dungeon diving so you can go out at night and raise nighttime confidants.

You have a point in trying to recruit her, but it makes no sense to give her the job of tactician when before this she's only been shown as someone who gets by by threatening someone with no backup plan if shit goes sour. She should have actually done shit before she got fully accepted in to the group as opposed to it being immediate, it makes no sense at all for them to be immediate friends and to give her such an important role in the Phantom Thieves. They also let her choose her own codename, which is the most self-gratifying one in the entire game. Who the hell calls themselves Queen?
