ME3's point of no return is the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, culimnating with Thane getting rekt by Coldsteel during the completely pointless Udina backstab that felt more like forced fanservice for the politcally-retarded people that want to kill him. Then the Quarian segments and the Geth sob story VR experience start a complete flatline that never recovers

Citadel also sucked during most """humor""" attempts, since most of it was that self-aware monkey cheese bullshit you saw on BSN and the darkest corners of ME blogs. It's nice you get more time with you're waifu and the other chunk of characters Bioware forgot about between games, but the tone is cringe and clashes with the rest of the game in most cases
