I hope the dlc is worth it. After getting the final boss spoiled for me my interest in this game dropped so much. Been watching a friend play through it and the exploration part is sort of gimped for me too since I've seen most of the world.

You are going to love it when you get gaggles of guardian weapons from redoing all Major Strength shrines every blood moon while eating ATK Up x3 30 minute food while stacking it with the level 2 Ancient Armor bonus as you demolish everything with massive damage and take so little, even less so from guardians

killing guardians is real easy, hit them in the eye with an arrow, they'll move around a little, but then they'll go back in to the exact same position and look at you again, then you just keep them in that loop, shooting arrows at their face until they die

If you don't have great gear, but enough rupees to constantly stock up on arrows, then you can handle them like that pretty easily
