Is she the easiest SLink that isn't pure auto play? Before Max'ing, I only went out with her twice- to a Yakuza movie and to Booktown for 6 points with her and 3 with Hifumi from 9 to MAX and I wasn't sure if it was necessary. I didn't even scum that much as it's mostly apparent what the best options are. Furthermore, the Rank Up events alone give you a lot of opportunities. Tae is similar as I got to Rank 7 with her without doing anything more but I don't know if I'll have to. Just compared to the other Confidants who maybe offer 2 or 4 notes (sometimes zero) at their events and force you to hang and gift, they're pretty simple to complete.

Makoto gives you tons of blue on her main path, she's very easy to get to max quickly

From a technical standpoint, it's probably because you need a max social stat at a relatively early point in the game.

Haru is difficult to not level up on every visit, because she provides you with boatloads of +3s.

Then again, she comes in so late that it would've been a dick move on Atlus' part to make her slow to level up.
