Make her ult not counter-intuitive to her fucking role as a healer. If she wants the most efficient usage of her ult she has to stop healing entirely and leave the fight to not get demolished on accident to the various ults flying around. If she wants to do her fucking job properly and heal then she can't get more than one or two at a time.
