It's not the box art itself, but I hated how on PlayStation 3 the Greatest Hits games would come in red boxes. A lot of games would normally have artwork on the inside - but the red cases make it so you can't see them. If you pull the paper out, it's still printed on - which adds insult to the whole thing.
