Black cards are Xyz (pronounced exceed) cards. You summon them by using several monsters with the same level and put those monsters under the xyz monster as xyz material. Xyz monsters typically have effects that depend on removing xyz material from them to activate.
Pendulum cards are cards that can be summoned like normal or put in a pendulum zone. When they're put in pendulum zones, you can special summon monsters from your hand whose levels. are between the left and right pendulum scales on the the pendulum monsters in the pendulum zones. Pendulum monsters go to the extra deck when destroyed instead of the graveyard.
TL;DR: Power creep to the max.

I don't think the PP stuff is worth running now with the new subterror support but I guess it's preference since you like rituals.
Defender, Dragossuary and cave clash are shit though and you should replace them with more of the better subterror cards. Archer also doesn't really do much in this variant but at 1 it's fine.

I really want a new Ritual archetype since Nekroz has long fallen off and PP never got much in the way of support but I feel like the upcoming link stuff is going to push them even further off to the side.
I had hopes for cyber angels (who work out okay) and shinos (who were really disappointing for me).

Bud, my friend's build is kind-of the same thing, and there's some changes he has that you might want to consider.
A: Drop Taboos to 2, since you don't really need three, especially with Mama Princess being able to revive it too, if you can get off her eff.
B: The subterror trap is beautiful, and you should at least run one, since you can just re-use it again and again.
C: Fiendess is beautiful for negations. He was able to beat me on a couple situations in the duel because Fiendess stops a good chunk of stuff.

His build also uses 0 terraforming, 2? Archers, 0 Subterror Defender?, two tarrotrei? (The one that forces your opp's attacking monsters into perm. def)
I think he also runs Spirit of the Wind for the ritual search paired with Pre-Prep over Manju.
Also, for the extra deck, might want to look at that skybase thing that banishes 1 from hand, field, grave, or top of the deck for a detach.
I could've won from decking him out (Because he used Taboos to draw 2 too many times), but lost because he used the Subterror that makes your monster go into attack and hit 0 attack.

Did I mention that the trap support for Subterrors is dumb? Because it is. Getting hit by a forced 0 attack vs a Subterror with a net 4Kish attack that can also be reused is very terrifying.

Phone game with an extremely small card pool that uses speed duel format and doesn't have any ED summoning outside of fusion. It also has dub VAs and no characters past DM (but plenty of cards past DM) so naturally it's loved by nostalgiafags.
It's interesting in some ways because the card pool forces you to use less conventional decks, but it still has the same problem as the real game where everyone runs the same staples and a few meta decks dominate. Also there's retarded character abilities.
