The voice acting in this game is fucking garbage, it actively detracts from the story delivery and makes it harder to follow.

The voice acting is either great or fucking horrible, both of which are fine. Voice acting is only truly bad when it is boring and makes you want to skip it.

HR had this issue, I usually skipped all the voice acting except Sarif.

That was the least of HR's issues though.

Pretty much everything except the exploration, which was great.

Lack of melee weapons, regenerating health augment at the start, most of the augments being worthless, etc.
