What's annoying about Zarya in terms of gameplay is that she only ever gets less useful and harder to play as time goes on. Hitting 100 energy requires you to be outwitting the enemy constantly if they're not playing spam heroes, and on top of that she's not even that good for anything at max energy other than creating a buffer zone for your healers.

Everyone above Plat knows how to read when Graviton is up from a mile away. Unless you get it in the first 50 seconds of a match they'll be playing so split up that getting 3 people feels like a triumph.

Then again, Zarya players who can actually coordinate Graviton with their team hit Masters immediately regardless of skill.
