I remember playing the hell out of the demo of this, and all I did was fish, then sell the extremely expensive pieces I got for money, then fish more really enjoyed the feeding pets fish to transform them mechanic

For some reason it's the only game of its kind I can get into. Everything else tries to tell some stupid story and I just want to kill shit and find loot.

The first minigame is about tapping two buttons fast enough to win a race. If you emulate the SNES version on any emulator, the other racer will go so fast that you can't win. Even with the fastest turbo that it will accept.
