Unfortunately switch cant get any of these even as downgrades because the gap between PS4 and Xbox one's multiplats power requirements cant be bridged by a simple downgrade of a game. Especially since PS4 and Xbone are barely running these games themselves, like what the fuck do you expect the switch to do? It wouldn't even be able to load the assets, it'd be a waste of time. it'd need its own versions that Nintendo themselves would have to pay for.

It's precisely because of emulation that PC is the most likely target for them to ever pursue outside of their own hardware, because they're just losing money by not doing so. They could even keep making their own hardware concurrently with PC releases, and by making their own Steam-like client they could control their own ecosystem and they wouldn't be paying any 3rd party licensing fees, so it's pure profit for them.

Piracy is a service problem. People emulate games on PC not because they don't want to pay for games but because they're not given the option to buy.
