is this really a game you can keep talking about forever

what memorable shit besides le jontron and pagies has come from this game? the game itself, not kickstarter related drama?

Turns out it was just a revolving door just like any other CONTROVERSIAL GAME and it turned out okay. Not amazing. Not mediocre. Acceptable. I don't know what you were expecting given people seem to forget the Bloodborne release plunging this entire board into the blackest hole.

It's shit and the devs burned a lot of bridges with their backers

It's honestly not a good game. Avoiding all the Jontron drama, it's just not a very satisfying or memorable experience. The whole time, I was just thinking how much I just wanted to turn it off and go play Banjo-Tooie.

It's decent. That's why no one is talking about it.

It does get worse after the second level, but not by much, and at least the bosses get progressively better to make up for it.

You'll get burnt out after the second level. The game starts feeling too samey and becomes more of a chore

It's pretty damn good.
It's quite long for a game with only 5 levels at around maybe 15-20 hours to just finish the game, but I remember my Banjo-Tooie playthroughs being 40 hours

At least I'm glad playtonic is working on updates for the game, I just hope it would've been delayed a little more for them to be ready.

I already got 100% and I'm doing a second playthrough with pants just to figure out the best paths to take through the worlds, I'll probably stop after I'm done with this playthrough.

I liked it. My only gripes were the physics related Pagies. Fuck trying to push a golf ball through a course not once but twice.
