The video I saw last year about the graphics patch really improved, besides I feel having different style than super huge SFV/Tekken characters gives the game more fluidity
You look at SFV and Tekken you know it's Unreal engine and they didn't do anything to improve it

It did something most fighting games fail to do in that most of the new characters introduced are pretty good. Some of them are lame (Chuuni, Sleepy Chink, DSP and Slutazaki) but most are bretty gud and some (like Mian, Alice and Antonov) are great and I hope stick around for a long time.
