The micro was intended to keep the GBA line alive alongside the DS, because if you remember when the DS was announced, Nintendo was trying to have them as sister products rather than successors to each other. This lasted for a couple years and the GBA still got new games until two years after the DS came out. The Switch/3DS is the same situation.

When I say early months of 2019 I mean that at that point they're going to have a couple games before completely dropping support, I'm talking shovelware here. Support for systems doesn't end the instant the last first party game is released, which for the GBA was Rhythm Tengoku in August '06. I remember arguing a while ago that the Wii U looked like a prototype for a sleeker console, and that they should just combine the Wii and DS into one system that uses the tablet like a handheld but could also run on your TV.

I get that they're not really letting you play 3ds games on the switch but it's looking increasingly likely that maybe they'll do away with the handheld and console label and just have both in one.

Tbh the last console i bought from nintendo was the gamecube but i like the direction they're going with the switch. It looks like a good middle ground between traditional games console and wagglan gimmmicks, if they make a revised edition at a nicer price i might even buy one if they put out a fire emblem or smash game

The game has only been out for around 2 weeks in Japan it's sold around 150-160k copies so far, I know it's not amazing but not bad either.
Here's the thing you panicking niggers seem to forget though the game's not even out in the US or Europe yet, and remember as well the series is at it's all time high of popularity so there's no way in hell it's going to sell worse than it did in Japan.
Echoes overall sales is going to be around 500-600k sales, I don't think thats a far reach I 100% believe that will be the total sales numbers.

It's not that much harder if you know the enemy is going to be worth looking at. When there's a map of 40ish enemies and five of them have Vantage but look identical to all the other enemies, it's easy to lose track of them without checking each individual enemy before you engage them. On the 3ds ones you can instantly see their skills as you engage them.
