It's a stealth stabby game with magic powers, there's not too many out there.

I like the soundtrack, the port works great on my computer and the gameplay is fantastic. The story is worse than Dishonored 1 but stories in videogames are always shitty. They may be told in an interesting way, but still it's always shit compared to a good book or film.
What you didn't mention is that the atmosphere is great and the level design is very good too. Interesting architecture, a great time travel level, and I personally love the art style. At its best, it almost came close to playing the original Deus Ex back in 2000.
I played it on my previous computer too and even though that was before it was patched and the performance was terrible, I still loved the game.

Arriving in Karnaca for the first time and the time travel level were amazing to me.

I don't exactly love it but I enjoyed it. Decent enough stealth design, lots of ways to deal with enemies and traverse the environments, a couple of really inventive levels. All in all a solid 8/10.

Also one of the bigger problems I had with dishonored 1 was how OP most of corvo's powerset was, Emily feels less broken.

Hell, thats pretty much how I feel about the whole game. Cool powers, and somewhat alright ideas for levels that didn't go far enough. That and I had to run it at 900p on a r9 290 to reach 60 fps

It's not like it runs much better on Nvidia, they just have the option of brute forcing it with more powerful hardware. Dishonored 2 is just a poorly optimised game. It barely looks any better than the first game, but runs at a quarter of the framerate

Yes the lighting really is amazing. Other than that, it looks pretty much the same, but the lighting adds so much. Dishonored 2 is probably the most beautiful game I've played. I liked the look of Dishonored 1, but seeing the art style fully realized with this lighting was amazing. I get why some people don't like it though. However I could just wander around and the streets of Karnaca and just look at all the buildings.

I liked it a lot, although i don't appreciate the setting as much as the first, although mechanically its a drastic improvement. Nonlethal was a stunted experience in the first game but they really fleshed it out here and i love the replayability offered by 2.

The port is solid now, with an easily obtainable 60+ @1440p. Effortless at 1080p.
The story is another classic from Arkane
And the gameplay is exactly the sort of free form stealth with consequences thay people are often after.

I'd say the fact that none of your statements is true must have something to do with it.

Level design was really amazing with each level playing differently.
The worst level was the one from DH1.

This got shilled everywhere and I forgot it even existed

Dishonored 1 was better in every capacity except movement. I like vaulting over shit, but I'd rather play DH1 over DH2 any day.
