dont think there's a best, ive dominated games with all of them except Clutch. they are all fairly balanced really outside of Clutch who is shit in DM but really cheesy and annoying in Duel.

pick your preference or based on how your opponents are playing, for example if someone on the server is on fire with rail and hitting everything then you probably dont want to play a small champ that can get oneshot on spawn but if they are hotshit with LG you might want to not play a big champ with a big hitbox, there's no real counterpicks or tiers, just playstyle/movement/utility variations to play with
