I'm a huge Mass Effect fanboy and I hated Andromeda with a passion. The combat was good and refined and that's the only good thing about this game. Everything else is just bad and I don't even talk about the facial animations at this point.

If you could change one thing / mechanic in Andromeda, what would it be?
For me I'd remove the open world meme, this game didn't need it at all. Yes, it looks nice to drive Mako 2.0 across dunes and shit but all planets looked so unalien to me (except the moon low gravity thing) that it felt like I was driving around in Dragon Age Inquisition. It's a shame for pacing as well, man did I love ME2 mission system, you'd enter an area and went straight to the action. Andromeda has outpost every few hundreds meters, you get out of the car and fight (or not if no one spawns) and move on. All this traversing really dragged out the game and made it feel anticlimactic at times. I replayed ME2 after finishing up Andromeda and it's miles ahead in every aspect
