none, honestly. My biggest dislike about souls series is the enemies. I can't explain it but they do literally nothing for me. All of them seem to fall under this blanket of "quick throw some ripped up cloth, some scratches, some blood and boils + spikes everywhere, just fucking throw it on fambo, just cover any kind of monster in shit

Like it's not a bad thing, it fits the theme and style of the games, but i'd just prefer something more, i don't know...

Ignoring the lore, all the enemies in the series look like retards compared to other monster designs, in other mediums. Apart from the bigger enemies/bosses I always find myself thinking "oh if you kicked that about 1000 bones would break because it's a gangly malnourished piece of shit"

The hellhounds in the chalice dungeons spook me something fierce. whenever I see two of those fucking dogs prancing around with a keeper, I tend to act like that entire area of a chalice doesn't exist.
