MS will have a show with a bunch of predictable/unexciting games running at 4K on Scorpio.

Nintendo will mostly talk about games we've already seen announcements of (Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, Xenoblade 2, etc) and announce some ports (Smash 4 for Switch, at the very least.)

Sony will drop more info and release dates for the FP reveals of last year (Spider-Man, Days Gone, Dad of War) and reveal a bunch of shit for third-party games they have exclusivity/co-marketing agreements for (Destiny 2, hopefully FF7 remake.)

Basically, MS will lose on software but have shiny new hardware to make up for it, Nintendo/Sony will have no new hardware and who wins on software will depend on where you put the goalposts.
