W10 offers nothing that previous iterations of the OS can't provide. Let me know when I can control it, without third party applications, to do what I want, when I want, for as long as I want. If I disable X, X should remain disabled entirely until I, personally, reenable it. This should be achievable without registry edits or third party applications or needing some specific version of the OS.
