You can still edit it apparently, really bizzare that it isnt actually included on launch.

Ok, I've just learned that it runs on Cryengine.

After Dishonored 2 I'm really unsurprised. It's not exactly impressive graphically and open scenes still ran like shit, even with heavy resolution scaling on.
