Definitely, just don't expect something like the Sands of Time trilogy. Most of the game is just fun exploration with a good artsyle, nice music, and great character interaction with a literal button to banter. Make sure you get the DLC too.

No idea, but from a brief look around there doesn't seem to be any major issues with it. I prefer a gamepad, for what it's worth.

I've been thinking about this every day, OP.
Even just remakes of the SoT trilogy would be nice.

Do you not fucking remember what happened last time?! That shitty prequel-thing with the Prince's brother and magic powers that turned people to stone? Running around with some magic cunt collecting glowballs and dealing with abysmal 1v1 arena combat where LOL TRUE ENDING IS ONLY IN DLC? The god-awful handheld titles?

Even Warrior Within, which is still arguably a good game, was almost a complete fuckup, and Two Thrones, while a step back in the right direction, wasn't fantastic. Let the sleeping trilogy lie, any attempt at rebooting or remaking or sequel-ing is doomed to fucking failure.

They did some cool bait-and-switch marketing saying he'd die and its such an edgy game, but he actually outsmarted death and became the sandwraith and found humility again.

It has such a good redemption for the character and he became really cool in the end.

I always liked WW even tho people say it's too edgy. but WW has the best combat, best enviroments and the "arabian-gothic" artstyle is quite unique.

Damn, hard to believe it's been 7 years since a PoP game came out. Wouldn't be surprised if we get a re-reboot within the next year or two now that AC's been run into the ground, hopefully they'll revive the aesthetic of 2008's game without making it so linear and easy.

I came in to say words to this effect. The SoT trilogy was flawed but still a good trilogy. A reboot will only take the worst parts of it and tack on the worst parts of modern gameplay to create a steaming pile of shit.

The thing with this Prince of Perisa is that the gameplay is absolutely fucking horrid while everything else is fucking great.
Every fight with every one enemy is this stupid shitty boss battle where they all die within a few blows anyway and it's just garbage.
