If latter, no, it isnt. If former, there was no hope to begin with. There is no game that captures the feeling of western movie and its tension resolved in shootouts the quicker the better. All of them are just random shooters with cowboy hats on.

If youre talking about the region, maybe. I feel like most games that come out of the Americas, usa and canada, are sucking big time. Japan and Europe are on a good phase gaming wise.
