The original Thief aged pretty poorly in my opinion despite how many people seem to still love it

GTA 3
San Andreas and Vice city where way better than the deadness that was 3. San Andres aged OK, the graphics kinda suck even for 2004 but more GTA games need multiple city's in one map. It made San Andreas feel way bigger than it actually was.

OoT's visuals may have aged like milk, but gameplay wise it feels great to play and is a lot of fun.

Never played it as a kid for various reasons, I'm 26 now and I played it for the first time a couple months ago, loved it.

loved it as a kid, bored to tears of it now after being overexposed to it when speedrunning was popular.

The game was boring as shit. Running around pointlessly large overworlds and fake combat difficulty that consists of standing still doing fuck all.

I don't understand you fags. I think my limit is probably any home console (computer?) before gen 3, just because let's face it, that industry went under for a reason. But i can play any gen from 3 to bow and apreciate context.

I didn't play OOT until i was 13 in 2003 well after i had a PS2. The world of OOT felt more real than say GTA III. No bias, no nostalgia, i was fucking impressed.

I didn't play Silent hill 1 until 2 years ago. I started with 1 and now SH3 is one of my favorites of all fucking time.

Anyone who says "unplayable today" is also the sort of cunt who mentions they play all games in 400fps 8K the next sentence so consider what it is they are really trying to tell you about.

This and Half Life 2 make me feel uneasy nowadays, everything is so empty, lifeless and silent. All the props and settings repeat so often as well. It probably applies to many other early 2000s games but I played these two so much but can't stand playing them anymore.

The enimies attack once every 15 seconds and when there not you can't hit them since they are blocking with %100 accuracy constantly. You can't really do anything in those gaps.
