Reminds me of when I learned how to crash TF2 servers. I would use it on shitty maps until the server was convinced it was a problem with the maps, and got them to remove them from the map rotation.

If the intent was to deliberately damage, and there was a proven effect the server's crashing caused sales to drop or result in refunds, you could totally be sued.
