Remove paid online completely because Nintendo online has a track record of being horrid. I still get random connection errors when booting up Nintendo Badge Arcade despite the modem being a few feet behind me.
More original games, especially from third parties. I don't care if they need to be moneyhatted, it's what I want since I sure as hell am not buying multiplats on the thing with rare exceptions like Puyo Puyo Tetris or MK8.
Fix up the screenshot system so I can choose better quality screenshots than the compressed 100 KB nonsense they have now.
More Nintendo games like Metroid, Rhythm Heaven, and F-Zero, I would absolutely love it.

Aside from that I'm fine with it since they addressed most major complaints I had about the 3DS (No native screenshot feature without hacking, no region free, and fixed their mess of an account/eShop system), it's the 3DS' successor, not the Wii U's to me since I couldn't give two shits about docked mode.

I don't care what it costs to make, it's not a $300 system to me, it's $250 at best and I couldn't even justify the 3DS at that price.

and I don't want to pay for the paid online. I don't pay it for my 360, I don't pay it for my PS4, I don't want to pay it for my Switch. My Wii U doesn't require it and that's why I'll prefer playing Splatoon on it since I can just jump on it whenever. It'll probably just be Japs with lagging Chargers again but the point is I don't need to pay $30 for the privilege of getting shot by them and a single NES/SNES game I can't even keep.

For starters they promised to never rush a game to release, opting instead of finish it completely. Then we get games like Splatoon and Smash Brothers, games so disgustingly bad that they need multiple Day 1 patches just so they'll work. So yeah, they've lied plenty of times before.
