Shut the fuck up Kotomine, you don't know shit
>>
>>375858635

How can you play them whenever you feel like when you have a full time job?
>>
>>375858630
Not just that, but you're going to have to use different cards too.
>>
>>375858635
>8 hours sleeping
>8 hours work
>2 hours eating
>2 hours going to/from work
>2 hours taking care of my wife's children
>1 hour of bath and toilet
>30 minutes of catching my breath and taking a rest
Nice, I can play 30 minutes of vidya every day!
>>
>>375858709
i work 9 to 6 or sometimes 5 with 2 days off a week.
I handle and pay all of my bills during lunch breaks and then when i get home i eat or do whatever little bit of cleaning and laundry i need to do and then I play games or watch tv till about 11-12 at night.

Rinse and repeat.
>>
Step 1: pirate game

>>
>>375858954
>my schedule

I do all my shitting at work because I'm not a retard and I shower at the gym. I generally get 4-5 hours of vidya in every night and another few hours of anime or tv.

I never really understood the "ridicule people who work" attitude NEETs often have. Most people wouldn't work if they had a choice, but most people don't have family members willing to let them mooch/live in a country that will pay them (at least not without humiliating yourself in multiple ways to get diagnosed with a debilitating illness).

The NEETs I have interacted with, like some of the people I graduated college with, my brother, and my neighbor in my apartment building are some of the miserable people I know. The whole "beautiful NEET life" seems like a fantasy because as far as I've seen NEETdom is most often associated with mental illness and severe depression.
>>
>>375859596
This.

I actually enjoy working, I get to help people and challenge myself to new things every day and put some cash in my pocket at the same time.
>>
>>375859264
That's stealing.

Retail work simply requires you to not have 3 felonies or be addicted to cocaine.
So long as you show up on time and try and do what's asked of you it's basically impossible for you to get fired.
>>
>>375858435
Or just, y'know, pirate them like a normal person.
>>
>>375861080
>Retail work simply requires you to not have 3 felonies or be addicted to cocaine.

You mean 2 plus years of retail experience
>>
>>375858630
>I feel like they probably track IP.
They don't.

Otherwise I would've gotten shat on for making two other accounts solely to share DD with my main so I can just have my own party of Pawns.
>>
>>375861223
Nope. Just apply and call back every few days asking to speak with the hiring manager.
If they've got a now hiring sign up you're a shoe in too.

Play the field if you must. If you aren't applying to at least 3 different places at a time you aren't even trying.
>>
>>375860746
I'll give you half of my payment for a succ twice a week
>>
>>375860746
>have master's in software engineering (not that compsci/gamedev garbage, but good stuff)
>"there is a massive shortage of programmers anon, how can you not find a job?"
>5+ years of experience needed in technology that was first released 4 years ago
>>
>>375861223
No, i got a retail job with no experience and after being neet for like 4 years. Bottom of the barrel jobs don't require experience and if you're applying and not getting anywhere, just lie on your cv for them, they aren't going to check
>>
>>375859596
It's shitposting from both sides. Both options realistically suck. NEET is only good if you actually have money to support yourself, and jobs generally suck, because even if you enjoy the work, it just becomes an obligation that you are required to do almost every day.
>>
>>375859596
I felt I would have gone off the deep end the year and a half I was NEET. At a certain age, too much free time starts becoming harmful to your mental health, and maybe even physical.
>>
Wouldn't you just end up with 50 different accounts and all of them having money in their steam wallet? Or does steam now refund to the original payment method?
>>
>>375859596
The depression/illness side of it is due to lack of money and not going outside and talking to people. They're hikkiNEETs. Imagine if you had all the income and social benefits (if any) from working, but instead of working you're paid to do what you would rather instead. The only benefit of work is money and social interaction.
>>
>>375860746
I'm working as a substitute school janitor, they really weren't concerned of experience and pay started off to almost $15/hr. Try looking for jobs that are ran by the state.
>>
>>375862369
I'll gladly spend 600 dollars on 10 accounts if I can get games for free for the rest of my life.
>>
just pirate
>>
>>375862602
That would imply you can only beat games that are 20 hours long. Once persona 5 comes to steam you'll need 50 accounts. That's $3000 to play a single game.
>>
>>375858435
Fuck off priest.
>>
>>375861886

The money usually comes from parents and society though.

I've lived both lives. I was more fulfilled when I had a job obviously, but it really doesn't outweigh having the free time of a NEET. I was very conscious of the fact that almost all of my time was being eaten up, and on my days off I was tired or I had to take care of shit I couldn't take care of when I was working. I'd estimate I had about an hour and a half of vidya time per day, which just isn't enough. NEETs rejoice!
>>
>>375859596
You're absolutely correct. I'm a NEET coming on 4 years now. I am in no way happy, and I feel like a child living this life. I can only get new games online ones, I pirate anything I can when my parents deem I can have some money, which is a rare occurrence because they loathe the fact that I'm a complete loser. I suffer from massive depression, and have terrible social anxiety, so I rarely, if ever, leave the house.
I have all the time in the world to play video games, but I hardly plat them anymore, because I'm just burnt out. Back when I had a job, I would play as soon as I got home, from when I had to go to bed.

Oh well, my hands are tied now, parents are finally cutting the cord, and I'll have to get a job. I've applied for a few positions, so its either get a full time minimum wage job, or neck myself.

All in all, NEET life is fucking terrible, and anyone saying otherwise is just trying to convince themselves, not you.

I managed to pull off being a married NEET for 5 years, all I had to do was keep the house clean and cook the meals and the rest of the day was mine while the wife was out earning the money. The only reason I work now is that her student loans caught up to her and started garnishing her wages, so i had to get a job in order to bring a little extra in. Honestly I enjoyed being a NEET a lot more, but working really isn't that bad overall.
>>
>>375864615
How's nier automata working for you?
>>
>>375864695
That is a completely different situation... You were a stay at home housband, you had a loving wife who would come home to you, and you had responsibilities that made you feel accomplished.
Not the same as some 20 something shutting himself in his room for years with minimal human contact.

>>
>>375858435
I know this kinda got derailed into some 'wagecuck' shitposting (the fact people unironically believe in that is honestly worrying) but this won't work because the refund you get is to your Steam account, not to your Bank account, so you'd effectively end up with up to $60 on every single account.

>i have to play every game the day it is released

It's going to get cracked eventually and in the meantime there are loads of games to play
>>
>>375863346
I was NEET for 4 years like you, had a job for just over 2 years now.

Being NEET was a lot better. My life is practically the same, except now i have to spend 8 hours a day 5 days a week doing a boring as fuck job for little pay.

NEET life isn't terrible, the way you spent your time as a NEET is what made it terrible.
>>
>>375867691
>moving the goalpost
Nice! I'll tell you how it's working for you. It's not. The game isn't cracked. You can't pirate nier automata.
>>
>>375868031
It's not like it matters. You enjoy paying full price for a game day one, while i wait for it to be cracked and all the patches and dlc that come with it that make it an infinitely better experience.

Thanks for beta testing.
>>
>>375868685
I don't own the game. I'm waiting for the crack aswell, but I'm not acting like a smug cunt about it. Because guess what, we're both waiting to this day.
>>
>>375869056
Nah, you're just being a smug cunt about an insincere position you don't even believe in
