Her concept is fucking stupid, since she was originally made for a cover, but her writer made her cool.

Gwenpool is a normal comic fan who somehow got sent to the main Marvel Universe. She realized the only way to survive & not be cannon fodder was to become a "player" in the universe. So she becomes a merc. She's only Gwenpool because her name is Gwen Poole & the lady who made her costume thought she was related to Deadpool.

She'd probably be a mix between BB Hood & Phoenix Wright, which I think would end up being pretty fun.

Would also like to see pic-related. I thought of an interesting gimmick he could have, where he might eject E.V.A. from his body via a super, which means he might take much less damage and have super armor on all his moves for a time, but if the opponent manages to strike E.V.A., which might float around the in the air, he takes a LOT of damage. He might also be able to project body doubles and stuff. Doubt it'd happen now, though.

If you asked me my opinion on MVCI a few months ago I would've said the MVCI is a day-one buy for me. Now I feel like I am going to wait for reviews, and possibly wait a few months to get the game on sale and bundled with DLC.

I wanted Ryu, Ken, and Akuma in MVCI, but now it would be SFV Ken and SFV Akuma, so I don't know what I want anymore. I want Spider-man to actually be a decent character who is scrub-friendly to play as. If possible, I would also like Tobey Maguire voice acting and possible a DLC costume.

The way I see it, the theme of MVCI is worlds where superheroes and fantasy warriors live merging together, so I could imagine worlds like Legends, Classic, and X fitting in perfectly. Battle Network not so much, because most of that world is on the internet. You can still make an argument for BN if you bring Copy Bodies into the discussion, or the cosmic wave beings in Star Force, but I think MvC would be a weird place for them right now to be introduced. The three older franchises would probably be better received, but I could be wrong. I'm not a big fan of most of the handheld games. Zero from MMZ could make it in, but if X stuck out like a sore thumb, then get your ass ready to see him with an MCU makeover. Anyways, Strider reminds me a lot of MMZ Zero already.

My argument for having at least one more X rep is to celebrate the occasion of X not only getting in, but headlining for the series' first story-heavy game. Also, it wouldn't quite be MMX without Zero, so he's most likely getting in somehow. That leaves a fourth slot for who, Bass.EXE? Mega Man? Roll? Bass.EXE looks cooler than Classic Bass, whom I'd enjoy to have, as well as bringing back Mega Man and Roll to share in celebrating the big return of MAHVEL and 2v2 combat; but if we're limiting ourselves to only 4 slots, and given the occasion of having newcomers X and Sigma spearheading the plot alongside Iron Man and Ultron, it makes sense if we happened to get 4 X reps.

That reminds me, I wonder who else we could have from Iron Man's side of the story. Iron Monger? The Mandarin?

No, most of the early Iron Man stories involved communism and/or corporate espionage so most of his villains were one-offs or interchangeable armored knockoffs. Then he started hitting the booze and alchool and his own ego turned into his archenemies.
His most memorable villains are the Mandarin, Justin Hammer (dead for decades in the comics), the Crimson Dynamo lineage and the Ghost.

Mega Man would have to be differentiated considerably from X. I'd imagine they'd do this by being around Rocket's height and either giving him his old moveset from MVC1, or a completely new one to avoid too much similarity with X. They could also have him call in assist characters like Roll or Proto Man, or use Beat and Eddy in certain moves, and then save Rush for supers. To take a page from X's armor supers, they could give him his Rush armors from either Mega Man 6 or Mega Man 7 and change things up that way, too.

Wily could very easily be an anomaly. With Tron they lucked out because of the Misadventures game, but with Wily, his most iconic feature is his UFO, which he normally uses for a getaway, so he'll probably need a brand new mech to deal some damage with in close quarters. His super should be a lot of fun, calling in any one of his end boss mechs.

He actually is a fan favorite it seems, of the mega man killers he seems the most iconc. Probably due to his weirdly dark background and pogo stick. He also arguably had even a role as the main antagonist as MM&B2 but its debatable on if quint and shadow rockman are the same character even if they share the similar backstories and designs.
