VI was disappointing for me. I only played about 120~ hours and haven't felt an urge to start a new game in months.

The graphics aren't a problem though. Sunset/nightime is comfy as fuck.

Civ 5 for now, 6 when they've done the usual Civ thing of patching the game to playability and added a bunch of shit in expansions.

What mods are you using? I've only seen civ/UI mods, which is nice but I don't see how they can change the game enough to make it play differently.

V. VI needs the usual firaxis 2 expansions to get up to a good state and they're too busy releasing overpriced country packs to get around to any meaningful upgrades at the moment.

I like civ 6 more but none of my friends own 6 since it's never been on sale for ludicrously small amounts of money. I don't play it as much as a result.
