Play MGS5. You can get the story without the previous games, just don't look up things on wikia so you don't spoil them. There isn't much of a story anyways, but the gameplay is fun as fuck.

You can try DQB if you want a charming RPG with minecraft building (it is a DQ first and minecraft clone second).

If you want a jRPG, you can try World of FF which is pretty charming, light hearted turn based RPG with pokemon system for catching/using monsters in battle.

I also enjoyed FFXV with all its flaws because it takes the most risks the series has taken in forever and has good characters and a fantastic ending.

Gundam Breaker 3 just got rereleased with all the DLC. If you ever wanted to make your own Frankenmech out of parts from the Gundam franchise, get that. Ni No Kuni is also out, and its a visually stunning RPG that looks exactly how you would think a Miyazaki film would look in proper 3D, on top of having great gameplay and story. Judging from what you've already played, World of Final Fantasy, FFXV, Dark Souls 3, Witcher 3, and Darksiders 2 might be good games for you to try.
