I would do my best to avoid difficulty modes in favor of good balance.

If I were making an FPS campaign however I would likely be forced into that balancing schema and I would certainly have my Easy mode description poke harmless fun at the player. I'm not clever though so I'd leave that up to the writers or find a funny friend to make something up for it.

I'm not racist but the idea of slaughtering the inferior races have a certain charm to it.

Lets be real, as dumb as the description is, Easy is the ideal way to play neo-Shadow Warrior. The game is such a basic Serious Sam ripoff that it's more fun to just blast enemies down like paper dolls than deal with dumb bullet sponges and make the game 4 times as long.
