Also i have bought gtx 1060 last year so i have capable gpu for 95% of new games, excluding some ubisoft games with trash optimization.

I think you forget how overhyped ryzen was and how many idiots bought it. They will have to buy new cpu after 2-3 years so even more money for pc market from gullible amd idiots.
Btw i've bought i7 7700k last month for my 1060 and even unoptimized ubi games like wildlands works fine.
