CPU wise yes, but the GPU is just slightly faster than the tegra K1, that is roughly half the speed of the X1 found on the switch.
Also the software limits your GPU quite terribly, but the good news is that when vulkan games actually roll out, your chip actually have all the DX12 features.
And given the manufacturing process etc.. i bet it will beat the switch portable mode at least.

I'm just happy there's a Nintendo handheld out now that's not a 240p screen :)
