I'll never understand people who complain about Blight. It's the same way down every time and there's an elevator up. Halfway through your descension just wait in an open area for all the flies to come to you for a few minutes and take them out 1-by-1.

Honestly, I think Farron Keep is the most frustrating of the swamp areas. I don't think any of the others have any enemy as frustrating as those giant tree-wielding motherfuckers. Not to mention the facefuck demons.

It was only yesterday that I stopped trying to cheese the plunging attack and did a poison dagger strategy instead.

Once I unlocked the door to the Depths I went back to Firelink to do Blighttown from New Londo Ruins.

I'm really glad you can enjoy the game but I just wouldn't have the perseverance to keep playing something I wasn't tangibly progressing at. To that end some parts of DaS3 really pissed me off and I basically stopped playing but it was at least at the end of the game, not the beginning.

I just went up the stairs, killed dogs and had him follow me up, then jumped off the top of the stairs and went he jumped down after me he'd go in stun so I'd hit him then go back up the stairs and repeat
